As the oldest not for profit organisation in Thailand, we warmly welcome financial assistance with our endeavours from both the corporate sector and the community. There are many ways that you can help.
I enjoy volunteering, making new friends and of course the old world charm. I discovered there is a whole section of interesting books that I never knew existed! Also, it is a pleasure seeing the children do their activities during the library visits.” Rhea, volunteer
Offering your time as a volunteer with the library is a rewarding and social experience.
Please see our ‘Friends of Neilson Hays Library’ page for more information and current volunteer opportunities.
Community fundraising is integral to Neilson Hays Library’s continued viability.
A memorial donation is a meaningful way to honour someone special in your life. Please contact us to discuss an appropriate way your loved one can be remembered through the Neilson Hays Library.
We welcome donations of used books throughout the year for our Second Hand Book Sales. Our volunteers sort all donations and determine if they are needed in our collection, otherwise they are priced for our popular, twice yearly second-hand book sale.
The Neilson Hays Library welcomes support from the corporate sector and we are happy to discuss ways in which we can work together.
We are extremely grateful to ongoing supporters such as:
Singha Corporation (Boon Rawd Brewery)
James H. W. Thompson Foundation
Neilson Hays Library envisions a Thailand where English literacy is accessible to everyone. We welcome enquiries, offers of support, and requests for assistance to help us achieve our goal.
Currently, Neilson Hays Library is partnering with Life Raft International, a refugee advocacy organization, by hosting the children in their programs at a monthly Story Time at our library.
Please support our community partners, who provide generous support to Neilson Hays Library throughout the year.
